ClearFrame provides AI-powered video watermark removal and enhancement tools. Our services allow users to upload videos, process them using AI technology to remove watermarks, subtitles, logos, and other overlays, and download the processed results. The service includes a free trial with limited preview and paid credit-based plans for full video processing.
You may use our free trial without creating an account. To purchase credits and access full video processing, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Credits are the unit of payment for our service. One (1) credit allows you to process one (1) video. Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans:
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period and are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Users may try our service for free without registration. The free trial generates a preview limited to the first 5 seconds of the processed video. No credits are deducted for trial usage. Trial usage has no time or count limits.

You retain all rights to your uploaded video content. ClearFrame does not claim ownership of your videos. We process your videos solely to provide the requested service and do not use your content for any other purpose.
The ClearFrame name, logo, website design, and AI technology are the intellectual property of ClearFrame and are protected by applicable laws.
Payments are processed through PayPal and Creem. All transactions are one-time purchases (not subscriptions). Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment providers. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
ClearFrame provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI processing results will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClearFrame in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
